Amendment #23 to S2021

Silent Spring Institute

Mr. Frost of Auburn moves to amend the bill in section 2A, by adding the following item :-

xxxx-xxxx: that an additional amount not less than $1,135,000 be administered by the University of Massachusetts at Lowell and be allocated to Silent Spring Institute to study environmental contaminants and that any and all findings shall be reported to all communities involved as well as the Cape Cod Commission to inform the Barnstable County Regional Wastewater Management Plan and the county shall incorporate these findings in their Regional Wastewater Management Plan”.
