Amendment #34 to S2021

Septic System replacement Credit

Representatives Schmid of Westport and Dykema of Holliston moves to amend the bill by adding the following new sections:

SECTION XX. Subsection (I) of section 6 of chapter 62 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 257, the figure "15,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:-$25,000.

SECTION XX. Said subsection (I) of said section 6 of said chapter 62, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by striking out, in line 260, the figure "1,500" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:-$4,000.

SECTION XX. Said subsection (I) of said section 6 of said chapter 62, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by striking out, in line 262, the figure "6,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:-$10,000.
