In-State Vehicle Repair

Ms. Spilka moves to amend the amendment in section 2C, in item 6621-1308, by adding the following words:- “and provided further, that preference shall be given to proposals that include planning, design, construction or acquisition of any facilities to provide for the repair, manufacture, assembly, installation or upgrade of the commonwealth’s mass transit vehicle fleet”.
