Technology Upgrades

Mr. Petruccelli moves to amend the amendment in Section 2G, in item 6720-1307, by adding the following words:- “provided further, that not less than $5,000,000 shall be expended for technology upgrades and intelligent transportation system upgrades in the City of Boston”
