Pittsfield – Hubbard Avenue Overpass

Mr. Downing moves to amend the amendment in section 2A, in item 6121-1317, by inserting at the end thereof the following:-

“provided further, that $5,000,000 shall be expended for the reconstruction of the railroad overpass on Hubbard avenue in the city of Pittsfield”
