RMV Modernization

Mr. Timilty moves to amend the amendment in Section 2E, in item 6420-1317, by striking out the wording and inserting in place thereof the following wording:- “For the implementation of the registry of motor vehicles modernization and improvement program; provided further, that the Registry of Motor Vehicles Division shall obtain an assessment for independent verification and validation (IV&V) and independent project management oversight for the RMV modernization & improvement program under chapter 6C of the General Laws”
