Ms. Flanagan moves to amend the amendment in Section 2A by inserting the following item:-  6121-1317: “provided further, that not less than $1,751,000 be expended for the reconstruction and improvement of Elm Street in Gardner from Pearson Boulevard to the Rotary at Route 101.”
