Mr. Humason moves to amend the amendment by inserting at the end of Section 2A, line items 6121-1317 the  following sentence:-provided further, that $500,000 shall be expended for the repair and improvement of North Westfield street, from the Westfield town line south to Southwick street in the town of Agawam;
