Upper Charles Rail Trail

Ms. Spilka moves to amend the amendment in section 2A, in item 6121-1317, by inserting at the end thereof the following:- “provided further, that $750,000 shall be expended for the purchase, planning, design, and reconstruction of the Upper Charles Rail Trail in the town of Holliston”
