Mr. Hedlund moves to amend the amendment , in Section 2A, in item 6121-1317, by adding at the end thereof the following:- "; provided further, that $2,000,000 shall be expended for improvements to Route 53 Washington street Weymouth landing area in the town of Weymouth"
