Right of Way

Mr. Barrett moves to amend the amendment in line 37, by inserting after the word “Wayland;” the following words:- “provided further, that not less than $700,000 shall be expended to purchase the right of way that runs north/south from the center of Sudbury to the Framingham town line to enable road alignment and continued development of the Bruce Freeman Rail Trail;”
