Downtown Ashland Median and Traffic Study

Ms. Spilka moves to amend the amendment in section 2A, in item 6121-1317, by inserting at the end thereof the following:- “provided further, that $200,000 shall be expended to study  traffic and roadway median impacts on pedestrian travel in the downtown area of the town of Ashland”
