The Not Forever Unrestricted General Government Aid

Messrs. Tarr, Hedlund, Ross and Humason move to amend the resolution by inserting the following at the end thereof”:-

“and be it further

Resolved, that notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, it shall be the intent of the Senate that Unrestricted General Government Aid shall be increased in fiscal year 2015 by not less than the percentage, if any, by which the Consumer Price Index for fiscal year 2014 exceeds the Consumer Price Index for fiscal year 2013.”
