Lancaster recall elections

Ms. Flanagan moves to amend the bill in section 4, by striking out, in line 28, the words “town clerk” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “board of registrars”; and by adding the following section:-

“SECTION 10.  This act shall take effect upon its passage."
