Access to Gas Leaks Information

Mr. Tarr moves to amend the amendment in section 2, by inserting after the word “information”, in line 55, the following words: - “may be made available by the department to interested persons upon written request, provided the department shall respond to all reasonable requests; provided, however, that gas leak information”.
