Mr. Rush moves to amend the amendment by adding the following new section:-

SECTION XX. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary no entity shall construct new gas pipelines or metering and regulating stations within five hundred yards of the perimeter of a commercial explosive or blasting facility licensed under Massachusetts 527 CMR 13.00.
