Low Income Assistance

Messrs. Tarr and Montigny and Ms. Chang-Diaz move to amend the amendment in section 3, by inserting after the word “costs”, in line 157, the following words:- “and shall exempt low-income customers eligible for the federal Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program from any new surcharge imposed under subsection (a)”.
