Public Hearing

Mr. Tarr moves to amend the amendment by inserting in line 178 after the word “vaults” the following sentence:-

“The secretary of a designee shall hold a public hearing prior to the issuance of said report, notice of which shall be sent to interested stakeholders, who shall be provided with an opportunity to testify and submit written comments.”
