Carbon Monoxide Alarms
Mr. Tarr moves to amend the amendment by inserting at the end thereof the following new section:-
“Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the department of public health in consultation with the executive office public safety and security shall conduct a feasibility study on expanding the requirement of carbon monoxide alarms as established under section 26F1/2 of Chapter 148.
Said study along with recommendations shall be filed with the clerks of the house and senate by December 31, 2014”
