Reporting Requirement

Mr. Tarr moves to amend the bill Mr. Tarr moves that the Senate concur with the House amendment, with a further amendment striking the words “the emergency management director” (inserted by amendment by the House) and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “a local public safety official designated by the board of selectmen”
