Implementation Date

Mr. Tarr moves to amend the bill in section 43 by striking the figure “2014” and inserting in place thereof the following:- “2015”;

and moves to further amend the bill, in section 44, by striking the figure “2015” and inserting in place thereof the following:- “2016”;

and moves to further amend the bill, in section 45, by striking the figure “2016” and inserting in place thereof the following:- “2017”
