Critical Stabilization Services

Mr. Richard T. Moore moves to amend the bill in section 37 by inserting after “including appropriate data collection and sharing activities” the following:- “(3) an evaluation of the availability of medicated assisted opiod therapy such as methadone, buprenorphine and extended-release naltrexone in Critical Stabiliation Services including insurance coverage, regulatory or licensure barriers to access such medications prior to discharge, including recommendations for changes to ensure patient access.”
