Annual Cost Assessment and Renewal

Mr. Ross moves to amend the bill in section 39 by striking the last sentence and inserting in place thereof the following sentences:-

“The review and evaluation shall be posted on the center’s website and shall be filed with the clerks of the senate and the house of representatives and the house and senate committees on ways and means. The review shall be performed annually, with the first report due not later than 90 days from the effective date of this act. Sections 9, 10, and 23 to 31, inclusive, shall be subject to annual renewal by the legislature after the center has furnished its annual review and evaluation to the general court.”
