Notification of Services

Mr. Nangle of Lowell moves to amend the bill in line 135 by inserting after the words “provided that,” the words:  “the provider shall notify the carrier of the members admittance into said treatment services and clinical stabilization services and that”

and moves to further amend the bill in line 241 by inserting after the words “provided that,” the words:  “the provider shall notify the carrier of the members admittance into said treatment services and clinical stabilization services and that”

and moves to further amend the bill in line 279 by inserting after the words “provided that,” the words:  “the provider shall notify the carrier of the members admittance into said treatment services and clinical stabilization services and that”

and moves to further amend the bill in line 319  by inserting after the words “provided that,” the words:  “the provider shall notify the carrier of the members admittance into said treatment services and clinical stabilization services and that”
