Mr. Madden of Nantucket moves to amend the bill Mr. Madden of Nantucket moves to amend the bill in section 29, in line 425, by inserting after the words “of this report” the following:- “, and shall provide at least one hearing in each county of the Commonwealth prior to the issuance of a final report.”
