Amendment #1 to S2173

An Act relative to missing persons.

The committee on Ways and Means recommends that the bill be amended in line 4, by striking out the words "executive director" and inserting in place thereof the following word "commissioner" and by inserting after Section 8the following section "Section 9. Section 3 of this act shall take effect on August 1, 2015."
