Mr. Joyce moves to amend the bill by inserting in line 84 after the word “program” the following:- ; provided further, that $1,000,000 shall be expended for the rehabilitation, protection and preservation of historic artifacts at the Ames Mansion, located on land owned by the Department of Conservation and Recreation in Borderland State Park in Easton;
