Messrs. Joyce, Eldridge, Barrett and Wolf, Ms. Creem, Ms. Chang-Diaz, Ms. O'Connor Ives, Ms. Lovely, Messrs. Michael O. Moore, Montigny and Downing move to amend the bill by inserting in line 69 by striking the figure “$50,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the following:- “$75,000,000”
