Mr. Tarr moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1102-2014, by inserting after the word “designee;”, in line 58, the following:- “provided further, that $500,000 shall be expended for sidewalk and other improvements on Gregory Street in the town of Middleton to facilitate access to the state department of youth services facility authorized under section 16 of this act;”

and moves to further amend the bill in section 2A, in item 1100-3003, by inserting at the end thereof the following:-

“; provided further, that $1,500,000 shall be expended for historic restoration projects in the city of Gloucester, including Gloucester City Hall, the historic fishing vessel Phyllis A., and  the Gloucester Stage Company Theater”
