West Springfield Cultural and Recreational Facility

Mr. Welch moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in line item 1100-3003, by inserting after the word “proposal” the following words:- “; provided further that not less than $2,000,000 be provided for a cultural and recreational facility in the town of West Springfield” and further amending in section 2A, item 1100-3003, by adding at the end thereof the following:-“; provided further funds shall be expended to rebuild the community pool at the John F. Kennedy Middle School in the city of Springfield”
