Restoration of Historic Phyllis A. Fishing Vessel

Mr. Tarr moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in item 1100-3003, by inserting at the end thereof the following:- “; provided further, that $200,000 shall be expended for the restoration of the historic fishing vessel Phyllis A. in the City of Gloucester”
