Mr. Rush and Ms. Jehlen move to amend the bill by inserting in in section 2A in item 1100-3003 the following:- “; provided further that funds shall be expended for the construction of a regional indoor skating rink and recreation center in the town of Norwood pursuant to chapter 151 of the acts of 2013”
