New Lowell Trial Court

Ms. Donoghue moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1102-2009, by inserting at the end thereof the following:-  “provided further, that funds shall be expended for the study, design and construction of the consolidated Trial Court facility in Lowell, which will replace two outdated facilities and one private lease.”
