Gloucester Development Study

Mr. Tarr moves to amend the bill by inserting at the end thereof the following new Section:-

“SECTION__.  Chapter 304 of the Acts of 2008 is hereby amended, in section 2C, in item 1100-3001, by striking the words “that not less than $350,000 shall be granted to Gloucester for an economic development study for a previously-identified area of the city with the potential for job creation” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “that not less than $3,500,000 shall be granted to Gloucester for an economic development study, planning, design, and construction for a previously-identified area of the city with the potential for job creation.”
