JFK Community Pool

Mr. Welch moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in line item 1100-3003, by inserting after the word “proposal” the following words:- “; provided further that not less than $4,500,000 be provided to rebuild the community pool at the John F. Kennedy Middle School in the city of Springfield”
