Ms. Forry, Ms. Chang-Diaz and Mr. Joyce move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4000-2022, by inserting the following at the end thereof:- "; provided further, that funds shall be expended to fund capital improvements at the Dimock Center in the city of Boston."
