Further Amendment 11.1

Health Care Exchange Connector

Mr. Hedlund moves to further amend amendment #11 amendment by inserting at the end thereof the following:- Moves to amend Section 2A, in item 1790-3003 by inserting after the words “state house;” in line 53 the following words:- “provided further, that funds shall be expended by the department of housing and community development to implement technology upgrades to ensure that no person shall be eligible for public housing under any terms and conditions other than those authorized under 42 U.S.C §§1436a.”
