Youth Employment Technology

Ms. Spilka moves to amend the amendment in section 2, in item 1790-3001, by inserting at the end thereof the following:-

“provided that not less than $150,000 shall be expended for Partnerships for a Skilled Workforce to improve technology capacity of projects designed to increase youth employment”
