Registry of Deeds Technology Modernization

Ms. Donoghue moves to amend the amendment in Section 2, in item 1790-3001, by inserting at the end thereof the following:-

“provided further, that not less than $7.5 million shall be expended to replace the information technology systems for the County and State Registries of Deeds.”
