Technology Improvements at Lowell Public Schools

Ms. Donoghue moves to amend the amendment in Section 2, in item 1790-3001, by inserting at the end thereof the following:-

“provided further, that not less than $3,000,000 shall be expended for costs associated with technology improvements for the Lowell public school district.”
