Mr. Rush moves to amend the amendment in section 2A, in item 1790-3003, by inserting after the words “state house,” in line 53 the following words:-

“; provided further, that not less than $5,000,000 be expended for technology upgrades to the City of Boston’s Archives and Records Management Division”; and in said item, by striking out the figures “$220,000,000,” and inserting in place thereof  the following figures “$225,000,000.”
