PUBLIC HOUSING ELIGIBILITY

Mr. Hedlund moves to amend the amendment in Section 2, in item 1790-3001 by after the words “General Laws” the following words:-

“, provided further that notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, no person shall be eligible for public housing under any terms and conditions other than those authorized under 42 U.S.C §§1436a.”
