Mr. Ross moves to amend the amendment in section 28, in line 760, by striking out the number “15” and inserting in place thereof the following:- “17”;

and moves to further amend section 28, in line 763, by inserting after the word “services;” the following words:- “one member of the senate, appointed by the senate minority leader; one member of the house, appointed by the house minority leader;”
