Financial Services Advisory Council Annual Report

Mr. Ross moves to amend the amendment in section 28 by adding at the end thereof the following:- “The council shall submit a report annually not later than December 31 to the clerks of the senate and house of representatives on the council’s findings. The report shall include, but not be limited to: (i) dates of all council meetings; (ii) barriers to strengthening the financial services industry; (iii) goals; and (iv) recommendations. The reports shall be made available on the executive office of housing and economic development’s website.”
