Corporate Filing Fee

Mr. Hedlund and Ms. Donoghue move to amend the amendment by inserting, after Section __, the following new section:-

"Section __. SECTION 12 of chapter 156C, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking subsection (d) of paragraph (9) and inserting in place thereof the following: (d) The fee for the filing of the certificate of organization required by subsection (a) shall be one hundred dollars. The fee for the filing of the annual report required by subsection (c) shall be one hundred dollars. Such fees shall be paid to the state secretary at the time the certificate of organization or the annual report is filed."
