New Corporate Filing Fees Waived

Mr. Hedlund moves to amend the amendment by inserting, after section __, the following new section:-

"Section __. SECTION 12 of chapter 156C, as so appearing, is hereby amended by adding the following subsection:-

(e) The fee for filing of the certificate of organization required by subsection (a) shall be waived for a first-time filing.

Section __. Section 1.22 of Chapter 156D, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting the following section:-

Section 1.22(a) The fee for the filing the certificate of organization for S Corporations, as defined by USC Section 1361, shall be waived for a first-time filing."
