Frederick Douglass House

Mr. Montigny moves to amend the amendment in section 2, in item 7008-1015, by adding the following words at the end thereof:- “provided further, that not less than $ 150,000 shall be expended for the Frederick Douglass House, New Bedford, MA to assist with operations and to foster economic development and tourism.”; and further by striking out the figure “$5,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$5,150,000”
