Fostering Economic Development in New Bedford Through Arts, Culture and Tourism

Mr. Montigny moves to amend the amendment in section 2, in item 7002-1510, by adding the following words at the end thereof:- “provided further that not less than $ 150,000 shall be expended for the Zeiterion Theatre, Inc. and AHA! Arts, History & Architecture, New Bedford to plan, promote and host a performance of the Boston Pops Orchestra in New Bedford so as to advance economic development and tourism in the downtown/seaport cultural district.”; and further by striking out the figure “1,500,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “1,650,000”
