Hammatt Street Parking Lot in Ipswich

Mr. Tarr moves to amend the amendment By inserting in section 2A, in item 7002-1506, by adding at the end thereof the following:-“notwithstanding the definition of gateway city, provided that $200,000 be expended for the purpose of repair, and restoration of the Hammatt Street parking lot in the town of Ipswich"
