Speciality License

Mr. Tarr moves to amend the amendment by inserting, after section___, the following new section:-

"Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the Department of Public Health shall conduct a study on the feasibility of the creation of a state specialty pharmacy license for an entity registered under section 503B of the Drug Safety and Security Act of 2013 ("DQSA"), and registered the U.S. Food and Drug Administration ("FDA") as an outsourcing facility pursuant to the DQSA.

Said study along with any recommendations shall be submitted to the clerks of the house and senate, the joint committee on public health and the house and senate committee on ways and means no later than 30 days of passage of this act."
